Start here →A practice grounded in family experience, built for clients who deserve a careful advocate.
Attorney Ali M. Chaudhry comes from a Pakistani-American immigrant family. The practice was founded to advocate for immigrants who need a careful, plain-language advocate. Before launching the firm, Ali spent years in healthcare compliance and privacy, and held legal internships at the Suffolk County District Attorney's Office, the Committee for Public Counsel Services, and the Boston Police Department's Labor Relations division.
The result is a practice that takes time. We read the file, talk through the realistic options, and write filings the way a careful adjudicator would want to read them.
Three steps, on a realistic schedule.
Consultation
You tell us what is going on. We read your documents, ask follow-up questions, and explain what is actually possible. No promises, no scare tactics.
Strategy
You receive a written plan: the route we recommend, the evidence we will need from you, the filings we will prepare, and the timeline you can realistically expect.
Filing & Follow-through
We prepare and file. We track deadlines. If USCIS sends a request for evidence or a notice of intent to deny, we respond on schedule and keep you informed.

How much does an initial consultation cost?
Consultation fees vary by case type and complexity. Contact the firm by phone, email, or WhatsApp for a fee quote that reflects your specific situation. Payment plans are available for many matters.
How long will my case take?
Timelines vary by case type and current USCIS or immigration court backlogs. A marriage-based green card filed from inside the United States generally takes 12 to 24 months. Asylum and removal cases often take longer. We review realistic windows for your specific case at consultation.
What languages does the firm speak?
English, Urdu, Hindi, and Punjabi are spoken at the firm. Translation services are available for all other languages on request. Please mention your preferred language when scheduling so we can plan the consultation accordingly.
Do you accept walk-ins?
Walk-ins are welcome at the Randolph office during business hours. Appointments are recommended so the attorney can set aside time and review your documents before you arrive.
Are virtual consultations available?
Yes. Virtual consultations run by phone or video, including outside standard business hours by appointment. Clients across Massachusetts use this option.
Do you offer payment plans?
Payment plans can be arranged for many case types. Online payment is processed through LawPay, the trust-accounting platform endorsed by U.S. bar associations and compliant with IOLTA rules.
